too much furniture in the room......bed placement terrible. No clock in the room. TV operation very difficult .... not familiar with service of it. Poor looking reception area....could not tell if the place was even open. Pitted parking area......snow everywhere from parking to get to room door.

This place is a total disaster and I beg no one stay here. It is not pet friendly also. There were roaches everywhere, looked nothing like the photos, smelled of feces and urine, the bedding wasn’t changed and i saw hair and a finger nail particle in one of the beds. I truly couldn’t believe it and couldn’t stop finding things wrong with the place. They need to be brought to justice by a crime fighting vigilante. Batman take it from here

it's an inexpensive (cheap!) motel and the condition of the property shows. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful but the condition of the property is NOT good.

Roaches and lots of them. It was disgusting. I saw one n the bathroom crawling from the ventilation system and knew right away they were probably infesting every room there. I haven’t received my refund yet from Expedia either which is past due the time frame they promised to refund my account. What a huge disappointment all around and terrible quality of business. I can’t believe a hotel owner would allow roaches like that and be allowed to still operate, disgusting.

This is a flop house, filthy sheets with bedbugs and hair in the sheets, smears of filth on the walls and doors, I would seriously be in fear to safety here not to mention getting bedbugs. I can say the front desk help was accommodating with my refund when I decided not to stay.

Run down motel

Cockroches, run down building, looked like homeless people was staying there. Cigar smell in room which stated no smoking. We didnt stay!! Pictures doesn't look anything like what your getting yourself into. Should be condemned.

Even for the price it is was a poor experience

Bathroom door didn't even have a latch. Shower dripped all night. Recliner was broken and unusable. Beds slid on their frames when you sat on them. Exterior appearance looked like a dump. People working on their cars in the parking lot.

I'm from out of town and misplaced my ID leaving me with my expired DL. First he wasn't going to let us stay even though we had already booked and paid through your app. Did anyone at $100 security deposit. We couldn't provide it so he wouldn't let us stay but said he never charged us for the room yet I a receipt that says I paid
