"We had the most amazing night at We Agafay with our 11 year old daughter. The tent was spotless and warm on a chilly night. The organised camel ride at sunset was a highlight and the camels looked very well and healthy. The evening dinner and entertainment was brilliant especially the talented musicians and the brave fire performers. The facilities were outstanding, very well maintained, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The restaurants were fantastic, with great variety and quality of food. What really made our experience special was the incredible staff. A heartfelt thank you to Hind and Joe for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would also like to thank Hussam at the bar, who was friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. In fact, all the staff deserve recognition — everyone was helpful, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We look forward to returning again!"

"Breakfast was more delicious than I expected. The service was excellent, the staff were kind, friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We did experience an issue with the shower in our room, but the team handled it thoughtfully and compensated us in a way that truly made us feel well taken care of. Although some of the facilities may feel a bit unconventional, this is completely understandable given the desert setting. Overall, the food was fresh and the service was consistently very good. Recommended if you want to have a desert experience! "
