"Huoneessa oli kylmä, koska lämmitys oli kytketty pois päältä ja ulkona oli yöllä alle +10°C. Luvattiin toimittaa lisälämmitin, mutta unohtivat sen sitten toimittaa. Hotelli on jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, joten hintatasoon nähden hotelli ei vastannut odotuksia."
