Wanted to like the Kiwi Motel, but ended up being a case of “putting lipstick on a pig” so to speak. Just because you paint everything white, add beach design details and make it look good for the socials, doesn’t make it worth almost $500/night. The bed in room 1 was soft, squeaky and the duvet cover had a blood stain on it. The pool was 3/4 full and surrounding area looked like it was minimally maintained.

Staff was great , rooms were nice and clean. Very close to everything in town. All walking distance pretty much. ( im not much of a walker). Had smart TV’s so you could watch what you want your room. Pool and hot tub were nice. Only thing missing was somewhere to hang out and drink/relax in the rain. Maybe like a gazebo or fill in the roofs on patios so they can stay dry.

Stayed here in the winter. It was very nice and quiet. The hot tub can be used year round and is very nice. The rooms are very nice and tidy as well. Staff were nice and checkin was relatively easy. Would recommend for a quiet get away in the winter!

Awesome spot, very clean and very nice and has great amenities like pool, hot tub, beach volleyball, etc. Only complaint I would make is that they close pool, hot tub, fire pit at the back and backyard too early.

The Kiwi Motel is gorgeous. It is a boutique motel, not a giant chain that made us feel very comfortable. Really cleaned and we loved the fact the we had been able to check in and find an warm and cozy! This is the perfect motel for a getaway in Grand Bend. We loved our stay and we will for sure be back soon!

We had a lovely stay. Room was clean and nice and bright. Walkable to everything. Highway girl cafe great for breakfast in the morning. In room coffee was super! They were in the process of getting bar/drinks setup

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful motel. The rooms had everything you could need and were very clean! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the many other amenities. The staff were all extremely friendly and eager to help especially loved the manager and Lauren. Definitely planning on coming back!

Great Place to Stay

This was our second stay this summer. Love the place, staff and grounds. Used the fire pit the second night. Only suggestion is to allow fires until 10 instead of 9 and provide kindling.

Very nice and clean rooms. Loved the pool. They have a very late check in at 4 and early check out at 11am so you need 2 nights to take advantage of the amenities. I recommend! .

Such a fun stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms. Amazing to have the pool! My only recommendation would be around the morning music at the pool -- deep house is sweet but not at 8 AM. It's nicer to have some serenity. Will be back for sure.
