"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. "Cusqueños are wonderful friendly people. The staff at this hotel was exceptional they couldn't have been more helpful. We ordered oxygen to our rooms several times to help with the altitude sickness and they were happy to take care of us. The restaurant in the hotel had the best food in town in my opinion. The massage therapist was also great we highly recommend the spa. When we come back to Cusco this is where we will stay again. "

"We have stayed here twice and would again. The location is fantastic: near the square but with less noise and near some fantastic restaurants. The rooms are spacious and charming, but also clean and have everything you need plus some extra comfort and luxury like large tubs, facial tissues, etc. The breakfast is also great. Most of all, the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. They are a major part of why we would recommend it!"
