"After traveling for over 12 hours, I checked in and walked into a suite that clearly had not been cleaned. The staff member on duty tried to help, but there were no other suites available, so I did get the room I paid for. The bathroom was also missing basic things like extra washcloths, which made it even more frustrating after a long day. The room itself was fine once I got settled, but the experience started off poorly and that really stuck. Breakfast was ok - prepackaged sandwiches you heat up, but the coffee wasn’t great. To top it off a neighboring room had a barking dog that was not happy to be there, and loudly made it known. So after 12 hours of travel, the wrong room, and no sleep I can't give a good review. Overall, pretty disappointing, especially given the expectation of a clean room on arrival. I’d hope the hotel takes this seriously and makes it right."

"The casino was lively. Facility was clean, hotel room prices were unbelievable low, bed was comfortable, and staff were not just courteous, but friendly and engaging. The line to the Buffet was 60 minutes long, and one of the managers walked the line engaging patrons and sparking fun conversations which lessened the frustration over the wait. Event staff were helpful and security moved patrons quickly through purse checks. Overall, our stay was a very positive experience. "
