"Overall was an amazing stay. Staff are friendly and the property is well kept. Our ocean view pool villa was just what we wanted. Only 2 things that drop the rating to 4 stars instead of 5 1) wait time to get some items from housekeeping took almost 1hr (just 2 beach towels) - other services like calling a buggy or room service was very prompt and speedy 2) there was a wedding but the notification did not mention anything about loud music from the restaurant. (Only mentioned loud noise from a firework show at 1030pm - which was fine as we expected it) It went on for about 3 hrs. We could here all the music and lyrics clearly from our villa. We understand it is a wedding and a happy occassion but was not expecting the music (if any) to be that loud. If we knew we would have made arrangements to go out to town that night. It did ruin our night and was very unpleasant. We also could barely hear the TV with the music playing. We were about 3 or 4 villa ls away from the Star restaurant where the wedding was held Front office staff was nice and offered an apology meal but it doesnt amount to the 1 night value we lost to enjoy our night and villa. Hopefully the next wedding wont effect the next guests Other than that..amaIng property, great views and nice staff"

"Many different room types from Standard to pool villas with some premium rooms having ocean views. I have now stayed 3 times twice in Superior rooms and once in a standard room and to be honest there’s not a lot of difference and both have shower over bath and these aren’t the easiest tubs to get in or out and water normally floods the bathroom due to a shelf around the edge of the bath but I use a sponge to block the water, my room was kept spotlessly clean with clean fresh towels daily and fresh clean sheets a few times a week and yes the rooms are looking tired and nothing updated for a long time and are in need of updating (especially the bathrooms) all staff are happy and always smiling The pool and beach are fabulous with sun beds and umbrellas but be prepared for the early morning rush to bag a bed, normally people are poolside and beach around 7am to bag a bed and then off they go and don’t come back for hours, this is the only negative "
