"La Mezzaluna is a short walk from Barga Gallicano train station, and buses to Lucca. Rita is amazingly hospitable & welcoming, and did so much to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms are very nice, buffet breakfast set us up for the day. There is a bus up to Barga during the day, and a taxi back in evening.If you visit Barga, this is the place to stay. "

"Struttura veramente bella noi abbiamo usufruito dell'alloggio in formula residence ,appartamento bello,curato nell'arredamento e pulitissimo. Posto dove poter trascorrere una piacevole vacanza nel relax ritrovando quiete e temperature freschissime . Di fronte alla struttura c'è l'hotel sempre gestito dagli stessi proprietari dove potersi appoggiare sia per la colazione che per il pranzo e la cena ma accanto ci sono altri 2 ristoranti con bar e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Ottimo posto dove...

"An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. The shower was a little small and flimsy but the water was good and hot and the heating was hydronic . Staff were excellent. Only a short walk from a beautiful town and the station. "We loved our stay here. The scenery is amazing to start but the cleanliness and staff of the hotel really made it great. This is a very quiet area of Italy but was a great place to start our trip before moving on the Florence. "
