"Clean room, Staff friendly, Airport shuttle is excellent and easy to find, breakfast is great, this is our second time staying at this property and we will return, great idea for early departure or late night departure. "We stayed 1N to recover from an overnight flight from Europe before flying on to Australia. The hotel has a free airport shuttle or you can walk to it via the train station connected to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of dining options on site. There is a nice pool area and a fitness centre and spa. The room we had was large and comfortable and had tea making facilities."

"My family loved our stay at Herma! It is a modest, clean hotel, with an open concept of shops by the lobby, open to the public. The highlights were the toys in the room and the pool, and the common room. We had meals delivered by Grab, and were able to eat comfortably in the common room. When traveling, toys is often something that gets left at home, so my kids appreciated having some to use during our stay. The only challenging part of our stay was the constant traffic on Bangna Trad. While google maps would say something was only 20 mins away- if often took much much longer- so no fault of the hotel, just a note on it's location. "
