"We have stayed here before and it was phenomenal. This time not so much. The jacuzzi tub was fabulous! However, the bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I couldn’t sleep at all and the pillows had zero support. We actually went to a nearby retail store our second day to get an egg crate pad for the bed and new pillows in order to get some rest. If the bed weren’t enough of an issue, the microwave wouldn’t work as it turned off after a minute and was down for five. We also had a family...
