"The bathroom tiles need to be cleaned. The room need curtains instead of just blinds. There is no refrigerator in the room. The outside light can't be turned off. The bathtub is old. In general, overrated for the price."

"The room and service was great. My only complaint is that is very difficult to unload and unload. Both myself and my 3vyear old grandaughter fell in rocks on sidewalks before we could make it to the room. There was nothing to load luggage on. We had 4 kids so it was multiple trips. "I wanted to love it...I come to LO all the time and had never heard of this place. The listing showed tons of amenities... However the pictures looked way better than the actual property.
