"Very friendly staff. Newly remodeled in some areas, so other areas are still being improved. The room we stayed in was spacious with a desk and seating area with two chairs and a coffee table. The beds were double rather than queen, but they were comfortable and served their purpose for the night. We would definitely stay here again. Can't wait to see how the rest of the remodeling goes."

"The place was great! We stayed at this location for our 4 night trip to cedar point with no problems! The price is pretty reasonable and not too far from the park. Everyone complaining about the trains must have never stayed in Sandusky..almost every hotel in the area has the same “problem”. We will definitely be back in the fall! "

"The management/staff went above and beyond to get me into a room early. Its an older property but very clean and quiet, room was nice, very affordable, with nice toiletries and a microwave and mini-fridge. I've stayed in much more luxurious hotels but never one with a more attentive and accomodating staff, I can't express how nice this had made my trip!"

"This is a great place on Lake Erie. It's comfortable, clean and quiet. The owner was very friendly and accommodating -- she was there when we needed her but not intrusive. The room was recently remodeled, everything in perfect order and thoughtfully designed and laid out. Generous treats and coffee, even treats for the pups. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The motel in a quiet area with a path to walk to a small beach area with a great view. Staff were sweet as can be, check in and out went very smoothly. The porch area around my room door was noticeably buggy and there were several mosquitos that had gotten into my room, but it’s understandable given the proximity to the lake.
