I messaged that stairs are a problem and they called and emailed that we would be on the first floor. Not much room in the bathroom, only sink is part of kitchenette, but there is counter space for toiletries there."

They loved chatting with the neighbors, meeting some of the other guests, sitting on the porch and the patio, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. They were very impressed by the breakfast and have mentioned it several times since they returned (just five days ago).
