"My family and I stay at this resort several times a year. It is a special place for us. EVERY time we come here we have a wonderful time. Staff are always pleasant and the pools are nice too. It’s close to the thing we like to do while in Orlando and we will be back in a few months to celebrate our next big event. "

"Excellent amenities for a big family. Got a 1 bedroom for my family (2 adults, 4 kids) stayed for 2 nights and had a birthday party. 7 different pools, we visited only 2 sadly. But the lazy river is gigantic, and the dive inn movie is such a good idea for the kids at night. Had a great time and will be back! "

"Pro’s… great location near the Disney parks (10 minute drive) and Universal parks are about 30 mins drive away. Great local amenities for eating and convenience shopping. This is great as a base which we used for just sleeping in. Cons. The hotel asked us to change rooms halfway through our stay as they were renovating, but new room was better quality anyway. Breakfast is a bit limited on choice so we found ourself going to ihop and Denny’s which are both across the road just to mix things up. You get what you pay for here and we much preferred staying here than at an over priced Disney resort."

"This was the first family trip in a very long time. We had an amazing time. The hotel was clean and the employees were anll very friendly and helpful. We loved the waterpark and the arcade. Only thing that we could complain about was our room location. It was on the first floor facing the lobby check in area. So while we tried relaxing on the patio it was hard due to the high number of cars and buses coming and going at al hours of the day and night. Also, waiting to retrieve my id after borrowing a luggage cart. Both times I had to wait a while for someone to come and assist me. We also had to ask multiple times to have our room restocked of paper products and trash bags. "
