"The property could have been maintained better. The room was fine. However the bathroom only had two bath towels in it. When we asked for some wash clothes/hand towels, we were told there was none, and no one to do the wash."

"It seemed like a fairly new hotel. Great location. The room was clean and everything worked well. My husband whined because there was no pool, but other than that, no issues. If you are in the odd numbered room, except to hear road noise and train horns through out the night."

"I had an absolutely horrible experience here. So bad that even though I had a room booked through the weekend, I left at 5am on my first night. I wish I could’ve left sooner. My room was awful. The floors were disgusting, the shower had black mold in the tub, the shower curtain had many stains including blood, the toilet wasn’t clean, nor was the one towel I was given. The bed was horrible too. The blankets had holes in them like someone put out their cigarettes in them. The mattress was also hard as a rock. There was no remote for the tv, and the door looked like the cops had to beat it down at one point. The lock required heavy force to get it to work too. The place also smelled awful. I can’t even describe what it was. A mix of mold, mildew, cigarettes, meth, and weed. I also didn’t feel safe whatsoever. There were people living there and they were super sketchy. I was getting stared down and some nasty looks thrown my way. The only reason I stayed one night out of the weekend was because I couldn’t get another hotel room somewhere else. I slept with no blanket for maybe 2 hours and I was out of there. I didn’t know the room was non refundable and the staff acted like they didn’t care about their job so it wouldn’t be worth trying to fight and get my money back. If I could give this place a 0 out of 10, that would still be too generous. It should be condemned. There was also a cockroach on my car when I went to leave. So overall it was a horrible experience. STAY AWAY!"

"First of all, the staff were absolutely amazing! Chelsey was super helpful! There was another woman there who I didn’t catch her name, but she helped Chelsey with something while checking me in and she was super friendly! The A/C worked just fine. My only two complaints (which didn’t really matter all that much to me) was just my room location being by the elevator made things a little noisy, and the floor was a little scratched up in my room. Other than that, everything was great! The breakfast was fine, but there wasn’t too much of a selection. Good enough for me though. Overall it was a great experience!"
