"Breakfast at this facility use to be so much better, but it's okay now. Towels looked dingy and the property seems it's more of an extended stay property with homeless type people lurking around. Side door doesn't close properly which to me is a security hazard. Anyone can just open it and come on in into the first hallway. I will not be staying at this property again."

"Breakfast was just cereal and fruit. Room was not clean. Heater didn't work properly. If you want your room cleaned you have to request it daily. If you wanted fresh towels you had to take them your dirty towels to get new ones. Plus they haven't refunded my deposit yet and it's been 2 days. Swimming pool was dirty. One cockroach. Floors were dirty"

"If I could give the staff 0 stars I would! We got there and the clerk told me they had no rooms even though I had prepaid for the room. And then had the audacity to say they called to let me know, they did not. Wish I could say more but overbooking was their fault, not mine. "

Smelled horrible, dingy, two access doors with cheap toggle locks, dirty comforters full of holes. Loud noises all night and unlit, unsafe patio our room. I can’t believe they qualify as a choice for hotels.com. I’ve asked for my money back, but have heard nothing from Hotels.com. "
