"I did not like the fact that they stole 80.00 out of my wallet! I did not get my 100.00 deposit back. So I would say they pretty shady! Will not be using them again!! Pretty bad when you leave your wallet in the room andcan employee steals it!!"

"We got a room for one night and it was a late check in. Our room had a musty smell and was very small for 2 queen beds. I checked the beds and didn’t see any bugs but the linen felt damp & the frame of the bed was dirty. The bathroom vanity had hair on it from I assume a previous customer. The bathroom floor & door were dirty & only 2 towels which one had stains. The blind was broke & room was dingy. The price was affordable for a last minute stay but I will not use this facility again."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had the room was not clean, they had clean sheets and all that, but they need to do more detail cleaning with baseboards, walls and bathtub, the pool was good and breakfast, just a bowl, of cereal, and little goodie bag, they need to do better with that."

"I like the location, central Lakeland. Close to restaurants and downtown Lakeland. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Mildew present around the shower, toilet and sink. The water pressure from the sink faucet was very poor. Bathroom floor needed mopping. The rooms needs more attention to cleanliness just like the common area of the hotel. I was very disappointed because it is Marriott."
