"Free shuttle, helpful staff"

"Halls were dirty smelled of cigarettes, our room hadnt been cleaned properly there were empty alcohol cans left in there, the bathroom floor was dirty it had had the leftover lid from last peoples shampoo and just looked dirty. The biggest issue is BLACK MOLD that made my boyfriend and I very sick. I had trouble breathing and a rash on my face, realized in the am when i went to to shower the issue was black mold on the ceiling. Hotel staff refused to be helpful on this matter. So nasty! Dont stay here "

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We had booked boardroom, and had planned on lunch at the hotel. The kitchen was closed unexpectedly, so we tried to order lunch in. They would not allow us to bring in food from outside the hotel to the boardroom. That was a frustrating issue. "

"Parking was great, renovations underway but was checked in and in my room in about 2 minutes. Very clean room. No coffee machine, no iron or board, probably could have asked but I made due. Will stay there again as that area is great."
