"Bad parking "

"The breakfast was the same every single day. On the 3rd day, i was feeling sick of it already. "

"The room was very nice but expedia scammed me on my room. It said 2 br but was only one, and refused to fix anything. "

"Dirty looking "

"It was okay/good, but exactly what we paid for or maybe better. I was a little worried with how low the price was, but it ended up being very clean with comfy beds, pleasant atmosphere with onsite food options and activities. Not sure what consitutes the different levels of stars but I've stayed in worse 4 star hotels. "

"Our room was extremely dirty upon check in. Granted we were in a dog friendly room, but it truly looked like the room was never turned around. There were black stains in the shower. The first night we were exhausted so all slept on top of the comforter. On the second night we pulled up the blankets and the sheets had nasty soil stains. I called the office and it took over an hour for clean sweets. With that being said I was told I was responsible for flipping the bed. I travel for work and have never had to make my own beds before at a hotel."

"Needs more options for breakfast, hallways need to be improved, staff needs to be friendly and responsive, room was cleaned and nice."
