"no AC, TV and fridge not working. no towels. horrible place!"

"The pros in this hotel: room was clean,the price was good, good customer service. Did not like the room that was given @ check in because it had a door acces to another room. Went back to office the lady @ desk was super nice and switched the room without problem. Stores and restaurants conveniently located. The cons: the hotel is in the process of renovation so it looks very run down, the pillows were terrible. One of the beds was squeke. Only two regular size flat pillows on each bed. Good thing I brought with me my two fluffy pillows. the bathtub was really dirty. It looks like it has not been cleaned for months. The bathroom door would not close properly. It had to be forced to close it. No coffee maker or coffee. Of course no breakfast included. The location of the hotel can be somewhat noisy because it's on main road where there's alot of traffic and ambulance sirens. Overall me and my husband were able to sleep well without any problem. For the price of the hotel can't expect much "

"We love that it was pet friendly, but you could definitely tell that the area that was pet friendly was not as nice as the rest of the hotel. The front and foyer of the hotel and the lobby is really pretty! They will bring your breakfast to your room in the morning."

"This is a place for kids! Our kids loved it! Parents bring earplugs for the nightly lobby party. Saturday night was definitely louder than Sunday or Monday. The food is expensive and does not include a lot of healthy options. To access the hotel, you must enter Legoland theme park parking entry gate and leave the same way. You kind of feel trapped. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning (included with the room rate). At breakfast you have to ask for yogurt, fruit, cereal, or oatmeal if you want it. The fruit was not as fresh, but the other options were tasty. There is a Publix nearby which helped for snacks. The hotel has water bottle refill stations & the park has Coke refill stations that give free cold water. Evenings we used the nearby Golden Corral - it offered cheaper buffet style food, more selection, and many more fruit/veggie offerings. Another night we ate at Moes nearby, it was okay. We had no trouble exiting or reentering parking after the park closed (5 pm when we were there). In the park we ate at the pizza and pasta place - they had a great salad bar and a variety of pastas. Pizza selection was limited, but covered the basics (cheese, meat, pepperoni, veggie). We did eat lunch one day at the Skyline in the hotel. It was good food, but not a lot of healthy side options. Alcohol in the hotel was about $10 for 16 ounce beer, $14 for mixed drinks. Anytime we had a problem they fixed it for us. Daily towel exchange was slow due to daily cleaning timing."

"The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed in. It was so bad, I didn’t even stay in the room. I had to leave. It’s in a terrible part of town, there were people doing drugs on the balcony in adjacent rooms. Homeless people in the parking lot and the area asking for money. There were cars parked in the parking with people actively using heroin. The room itself was disgusting and filthy. Sheets that clearly had not been cleaned from the last guests. Garbage in the bathroom and room. The floors were sticky and dirty. It smelled like marijuana and stale cigarettes. Customer service was no help at all. I asked them to refund me the remainder of my stay so I could find another hotel and they denied my request so I lost my money. Expedia was no help either. They offered me an insulting $25 in one key cash. This is the 3rd time this year that Expedia has refused to help or assist me with my stay. I’m thinking of never booking through them again. "

"The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Wi-fi was good. We would definetly stay here again."
