"I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years. It used to be clean, this time our house was dirty, mainly the floors. The floors, walls, and carpet were dirty. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Overall the amenities are great, kids loved it. "

"Bean was nasty and told another customer he would trespass her if she didnt give a $50 deposit on a credit card. She had a debit card only. This hotel was in a seedy area; Bartow is just not a nice town. We had to stay there because of a booking error with the Best Western which was at capacity. There were no other options but this hotel. Hotel 'guests' were sketchy. Drug deals and prostitutes hanging around outside. Smelled like marijuana. the next door room was shouting all night long. Could also hear the train and highway. Walls are paper thin. No toilet seat. 2 small towels provided the size of hand towels. door was rusted. small tv and wifi didnt work. this is the type of hotel johns rent by the hour for hookers. just gross."

"Staff was very helpful. Toilet was running very slow, but they sent someone almost immediately to clear up the problem. The front desk staff found us a quiet room. The last day, we found out that we needed to order our breakfast every day. The front desk staff and fixed us up with breakfast within a half hour."

"The hotel is under renovation. The pool has no water, the stairs to our building were broken so had to walk now to another building and walk over. The room itself was nice. The microwave and lamp didn't work though. I went down was breakfast at 8:45am on Sunday and everything was empty except 3 steal muffins and 2 steal bagels. When I asked if they were putting more out, they said no, it's over in 15 minutes. Went down Monday at 7:45am and they were just setting up. Not even the coffee was made. So I guess breakfast is from 8am to 8:45!"
