Great value!

For the price, it was great! Was pleasantly surprised by this property. A little dated, but had everything you could need. Great shower! Tea everywhere! Also, great location.

Très bon accueil

Une nuit dans l’hôtel chambre pas chère mais en fond de couloir sans possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres en verre dépoli donc sans vue. Pas de chauffage d’appoint dans la salle de bain donc pas évident au mois de janvier à cette altitude. Sinon personnel très accueillant et serviable pour nous commander des taxis et nous aider pour trouver un transport pour Arequipa

Hôtel très agréable à Puno

Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits dans l’hôtel, nous sommes arrivés à 6h du matin pour déposer nos affaires après une bus de nuit. Nous avons pu avoir notre chambre des 6h, ce qui était très appréciable ! La chambre était propre et calme, de l’eau chaude sans problème ! Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bon ! L’hôtel est également bien situé (beaucoup de restaurant juste à côté). Nous avons également réserver des excursions avec l’hôtel qui étaient très bien à des prix intéressants ! Cet hôtel est idéal pour un court séjour à Puno

Good service recovery

When I arrived I was told there was an issue with my room and I could not stay. To their credit though they had booked an alternative (about the same standard), guaranteed the same price and also booked and paid for a taxi to get me there. Shame I didn’t get to stay, but excellent service recovery.

Nice but cold

Good hotel for the price, but the building has no heating, and the room was uncomfortably cold. We asked for a heater, but it was too small and couldn't keep up. Front desk tried to charge me extra for it, rather unusual charge in a hotel. Room was nice and clean, hot shower, decent breakfast, plenty of tea drinks to choose from. Close to the main square, would recommend but not in the winter.

Recommended!

This place was such a good deal! My friend and I booked separate rooms and they were both totally fine. We also went on the $18 full-day island tour on the "speed boat" (ferry) and enjoyed it immensely.

We came to the place before 6 am. The plan was to leave the luggage and go on a tour. However, we got food poisoning on the bus and were too sick to do anything. The lady checked us right in regardless of check in time. They also did all our bookings for us from tours to bus tickets/taxis. And their breakfast was awesome!

Excellent hotel

What a lovely surprise! This hotel is great value for the level of service, the comfort of the rooms, and the wonderful breakfast on offer.also an excellent location. If I'm ever in Puno again I will definitely be staying at Antonio's.
