It was a great place. Everything was clean amd the kitchen supplies were also all clean and well maintained. The pool area with grills were clean as well. We used a grill 1 of the nights and had an awesome dinner by the pool.

We loved the lodge style of the furniture and decor. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was very hot in our room without air conditioning, and we had difficulty with our card keys.

I was not aware the office closes at 8pm until I called to say we were still a couple hours out. That was a little confusing but we got to our room ok. The room were nice, with two separate bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, dining table and living room. There was a pine-sol smell. The pool area is great. It has partial shade for those who burn easily. The office personnel was great and very personable and friendly.

This is such a quaint place to stay. The staff was very friendly and informative, the room was cozy, and there was plenty of room for a weekend trip. My only suggestion is better/more pillows on the bed! Lovely stay.

Overall, the experience was fine. The room was cleaner than expected, but they could definitely get a new fry pan (not that big a deal). However, the most difficult part of staying here during the summer was that there was no AC. A fan was provided, and we brought one of our own, but it still got hot and a bit uncomfortable. Our first impression of the building was not good because of paint chipping, but given the amount of snow and harsh conditions, this is probably unavoidable.
