"Our stay at Somerset Lakeside Resort was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Mike went above and beyond to help us when we made a mistake in our booking, and all his help to resolve it immediately made us feel welcome. The resort itself is truly a hidden gem, spotless, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by breathtaking lakeside views. It was the perfect escape from the city and exactly the peaceful getaway we needed. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and memorable lakeside retreat."

"I booked this hotel because it was only minutes away from a work engagement to be completed the following morning. I arrived at the hotel after the normal check-in hours and found my room keys and a welcome letter in my name on the desk. The room has a wood-burning fireplace, which fits with the charming inn vibes of the hotels and property. The hotel overlooks a lake and it was beautifully quiet and serene the following morning. I skipped breakfast and went and sat on a chair by the water and ready a book and just enjoyed a quiet break from my work trip. I did have one issue with my room - the water stopped working while I was in the shower (of course! LOL) and slowed to a trickle. I forgot to notify the desk staff, probably it was a wider issue than my room so probably they knew already."
