"We really appreciated having our bags taken there. They allowed us to use their bathroom to change before our lunch at the Grand Hotel. They also let us know our room was available early. The porter at the ferry was very friendly and helpful, but the woman working the front desk when we arrived was rude."

"Staff friendly. Clean property. The hotel is showing wear. The water park was out of control. I have a 6-year old and several 10-12 year olds were running, jumping and splashing the seated adults. I had to leave because I felt it was too dangerous for a 6-year old there."
