"Overall, everything was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the swimming pool was excellent. However, one staff member was enough to ruin the overall impression of our stay. Right from the beginning, the security employee standing outside behaved very rudely. Although there was available space near the reception, he did not allow us to park there briefly for check-in, even though we had arrived with our whole family and children. He communicated in a very rough manner, giving orders instead of speaking politely. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to spoil the impression of the entire stay. "We stayed at Dilivita Rest House in Dilijan for just one night, and even that was too long. if you have kids, avoid this place completely. The photos showing slides and a playground are very misleading this is not a kid-friendly property. We booked through Expedia for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), and were given a room that smelled of dampness and had a huge stone in the middle. It was completely unacceptable. When I asked for a different room, the owner (an elderly man) started crying and blaming Expedia for giving us a low price.
