"Some of the staff weren’t friendly at all. There was no working phone in the room and the tv didn’t work when we first arrived but maintenance did fix it. I will not be staying at this hotel again!!!"

"We were traveling to Cherry Point for the airshow the next day. We booked this hotel given it was pretty close to the base when the show was to be held. When we arrived, we saw the C grade sanitation rating at the front desk. The issue was we had driven 3 hours out there and all the other hotels were booked. When we got to our room, it had clearly been heavily smoked in and it had a single king bed. We had requested a room with two double beds given our young kids were with us. The hotel staff were doing their best with what they had but this is definitely a "Last Resort" hotel."

"The room was very comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast provided excellent selections and the eating area was roomy and clean. I was very pleased and would visit again."

"Don’t stay here. Go somewhere else. Dirty, bloody sheets. Took an hour to get clean ones and I made up the bed. No pillow cases. Another hour ( we were fast asleep) pounding on door. Again more pounding. Pillow case delivered. Grrr."
