The room was clean, and the shower was well maintained with plenty of accessories thoughtfully stocked in the room. "I can only assume that all those exceptional reviews were paid or the company itself. The this place was awful. Burn marks on the bed covers and we were scared to sleep in the sheets so slept on top of everything. Also scared to sleep due to the drug deals and all night people talking & smoking outside right in front of our door. Thank God we took our door locks & door alarms with us. We also pushed the table up against the door. When I went to check in, where I assume there is supposed to be breakfast (we didn’t want to eat anything there) was what looked like a failed flower shop. They have no ice machine. We had to go to chick fil a for ice. I spoke to the woman when I checked in and that’s the only worker I saw. Our room was non refundable but we considered just being okay with losing the money and not staying. We never felt comfortable or safe enough to sleep anyway"

"Parking and check in/out were easy. The hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Our room was quite good. The only negative is that there was a metallic odor in the bathroom. The desk person at check-out said that it's an issue with their pipes, and they're addressing it. There was no odor in the bedroom area. I would give this property an Excellent rating instead of Good, if not for this issue."

"I'm glad they had room to accommodate a large party. I didn't like that there was a large gap under the door to the room. Some of the lights didn't work. The coffee maker was broken. The phone to the front desk didn't work. I brought the coffee maker to the front desk to exchange for a new one, but the only other one available was also broken. The staff at the front desk seemed nice, so that's a plus. The facility itself was loud. You could definitely hear everything happening in other rooms. Not the most restful stay, but thankfully it was only needed for one night."
