"The staff was friendly and tended to our concerns promptly. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Biggest one was that as of about midnight, we had no water. When I reported it in the morning, they fixed it right away. Minor issue was the TV remote power button didn’t work. They give you one bath towel per guest. We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space.
