"This was a one night stay ove. The staff and the room exceeded our expectations The only unfortunate thing, there was no hot breakfast"

"The room was clean but the maintenance of the room was poor. The Spicket on the whirlpool tub was not attached and fell off plus the water would not stay in the whirlpool tub. There was construction going on for the hotel and they were working on a Sunday at 9:30 in the morning. I thought that was a bit inconvenient."

"Very disappointed. Long wait to check in. Plugged bathroom sink. Had to try to plunge it on my own. No maintenance on duty. Disgusting. Dogs barking across hall. Our room had dog food on carpet and dog hair on couch. Floor not vacuumed. Took 4x to get a room and had to downgrade. Just a bad experience overall but manager gave me a refund and the beds were very comfortable on a positive note."

"We showed up to the property to find out they had no reservation even though we made it over a month prior. So we had to stand around and wait for an hour so they could try to fix their mistake. Then the following night I went to go get food for me and my wife and showed back up to our room key not working. They tried to fix it and then tried to tell us they would fix it in the morning. That was at 9:30pm. We told the staff we needed our belongings because my wife is over 7 months pregnant and needed medication that was locked in there so they called maintenance and he said the same thing to wait until morning I said that is unacceptable so he decided he would drill the lock to our room. The manager then told him to wait until she got there and did not show up until midnight and acted like she was saving the day 3 hours after we were locked out of our room. Never will we stay there again. If you do decide to stay there bring all of your belongings everytime you leave the room even if it’s just to go across the street because if you get locked out they’ll try to get into it tomorrow not at the time of the problem."
