Everyone we met, including staff, was very nice. 1st room didn't have shampoo & tv didn't work. We swapped rooms which was better. Still had tv issues. Beds were ok, until were looked under sheets & saw large rust color stain in top corner of mattress, we didn't spend the following night there. Pillows are really comfy. We stayed a week.
