"Fireplaces don’t really put out any heat. Outdated fixtures. Very loud noises coming from the upper floor (we were on the 1st floor)"

"Our room wasn't ready at 4:20 PM, but they found us another room and helped move our baggage to it. Very nice front desk staff. Room has a wall thermostat set to 70 degrees. It want it warmer, there is a switch for HEAT or COLD. We used HEAT for the nite at 71 degrees. The heater came came on but it was so loud. It woke us up a couple times in the nite. It went off for a couple hours and then ran for about 10 min. "

"Amazing staff!! The part that was unfortunate was that the pool and hot tub were down and might be down for sometime. Otherwise the hotel itself is nice and very clean and in a good location close to restaurants and Costco."

"The staff was vey helpful. The room is compact, with a complete renovation. However the door didn't seal properly and a cold wind came through that the room heater could not keep up with. There was also no heat in the bathroom. It is ok for an inexpensive 1 night stay, but not for a longer stay"

"We had a nice clean double queen room and everything else was fine. The one item we were disappointed with was that all of the movie stations on the TV were in Spanish with English subtitles. Since we don’t speak Spanish and at 85 years of age have poor eyesight we couldn’t watch any movies and we had hoped to do that in the two evenings we stayed. It made for a very boring night experience. "
