"We had a great stay. My only caveat is that their shuttle to the airport three minutes away was unavailable for an hour and a half the morning of our departure (although they advertise it running every 30 minutes), so they ordered us a taxi. When it delivered us to the airport, the driver told us they only accepted cash. This was a classy taxi service, too—and costly. What taxi only takes cash? We didn’t have enough to cover the fare. I wish the hotel had warned us."

"The rooms were very spacious, especially if you had a lake view. Would’ve liked to spend more time on the balcony, unfortunately, the area was suffering a pretty brutal The only time we ate on the premises was in the bar. Had an absolutely wonderful club sandwich. Would recommend highly. Lastly, we really enjoyed the pool area. We were able to enjoy drinks and food as well."

"Don’t normally do reviews but this one deserves one! Lots to do and the whole resort is clean and tidy. The pools were great especially the adult relax pool. The views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking and can be seen from your room, to eating in the restaurants and to swimming in the pool. The staff were all great and were always helpful and did things with a smile and often went above and beyond what was expected. It was my wife’s 30th birthday while we were there and without asking she was given a birthday dessert, Prosecco and limoncello shots. All on the house! They also went to the effort of buying a ‘30’ balloon as a surprise and left it in the room on her birthday. Only downside is how far it is from Malpensa airport. It can be €300 one way in a taxi so it’s cheaper to hire a car which we did. However the effort it took to get there was well worth it! Would definitely recommend!"
