"Breakfast was excellent, hotel accommodation were clean and wonderful but at checkout they doubled charged for my dog and when I requested they put charges on a cc other than the one I used to book my room, both my cards were charged $400 and it took about two weeks and two phone calls to correct the issue. I now ask to check my bill before I check out to make sure all is in order."

"This has always been our go to place for ski race season, it’s been clean, convenient and reasonably priced. I’m not sure what is going on but the past 2 trips were awful- the rooms smelled like baby vomit and locker room. The first time it happened we thought it was a fluke and were offered fabreez.. The second time we switched rooms and while it was less odorous than the first room our bags and clothes still came home smelly. Air fresheners don’t fix that.
Thinking it may be time for a deep clean and new carpet…
On the positive Staff is always friendly, love that coffee and hot water are available all the time, breakfast is decent, parking is good and the pool is clean.

"The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful town. Parking was free and on-site. There was coffee/tea/fruit water in the lobby. Shower had good water pressure and temp. There was also a heat light in the bathroom, and the room heating was good. There were some rust stains in shower. Highly recommend this hotel! P"
