"I give it 5 stars only because it was nice, neat, and clean. When we got there the tv wasn't working. We waited an hour for someone to come. We ended up going to the pool for 2 hours. We waited 30 minutes for towels to which we never received them. When we went back to the room the tv still wasn't fixed. I called back down to guest services for the 3rd time for a man to ask me what I want them to do. They did move us into another room."

"We love staying at Lanier Islands Resort!! We’ve been going for ten+ years, the pool is large, clean and refreshing. Bull frogs Resturant & Bar has a nice selection of food items, with options to dine inside/outside or pool side. It’s a great place to relax with friends or enjoy our grandchildren too! Highly recommend as the rooms are clean, cozy with views of the lake. While staying at the resort there are activities throughout the resort area including golfing, boating, huge waterpark and gaming rooms."
