"Beautiful landscapes and architecture. Plenty of dining options; although a bit expensive, the restaurants had quality food and service. Spa services were very expensive and did not meet my wife's expectations. Masseuse did not perform massage for the alotted time purchased (50 minutes purchased, but only 40 minute massage). Also, environment was loud at times due to other guests not respecting the "tranquil" environment and staff not caring to address the disturbance. Chateau golf course was a well maintained course. I thoroughly enjoyed a round of 18 holes and had no bad experience. Wine Tour and tasting was good but maybe too pricey. Apparently they do free tours everyday, but without a tasting. I recommend the free tour and spending the money on tasting multiple bottles for what you can save on the price of the tour/tasting."

"Overall very easy and good stay. Positives are the easy check in/out, amenities like the gym and breakfast. Negatives were coffee machine did not work in room, no bedding for pull out couch, the conditioner and body lotion were empty bottles, and breakfast there were a stack of dirty plates that were still wet. Ended up using the one clean plate I could find. But as I said overall great stay. Hyatt has been our first choice for awhile and will continue to use them. The cost is amazing for what you get. Specially this location. Cute area around and about 40 minutes to truist to see the braves."
