"Check in went smoothly but signing in to park at the hotel was frustrating. Kept getting an error message and the person that checked us in said it would be easier to use the QR code than help us. We got in at 7 pm and the were no sheets for the pull out couch, and no bags in the trash cans. Had to make multiple trips to the front desk. We stayed here a week ago and had an AMAZING stay which is why we wanted to stay again on the way home. Was very disappointed"

"We booked this place for the kids team traveling from MN. The pool was closed and under maintenance throughout our stay. Hotel staff kept reminding that kids were loud and one of the guest even yelled at our kids. We will check ahead of time before booking, if hotel is not ready by the labor day we will not book this location in the future."
