"Calling to room for checkout before checkout time. Broken fixtures and tiles in bathroom. Manger coming to room to force us to leave room instead of asking if we wished to stay another night. Horrible will never stay here again."

"My three daughters and I arrived a few minutes after 10pm on Mother’s Day only to discover that the front desk was closed for the night. There was a number to call for help, which was completely unhelpful as it took us directly to their corporate offices which were also closed. We made multiple attempts to contact management over the course of the next hour. When Paola was finally sent to the front desk by management to get us checked in, she was rude and made it very clear that she did not want to be helping us. The property smelled of marijuana everywhere, inside and out. Once we got to our room we discovered it was absolutely FILTHY. Food on the countertops and walls, bugs crawling on the walls, cobwebs everywhere, hair and food on the floors, etc. I really can’t do justice describing how dirty it was. Even worse was that it smelled strongly of a combination of urine, marijuana, and an unrecognizable sour odor. We tried reaching back out to Paola at the front desk, but if course she had quickly vanished following our rude encounter with her at check in. By that time we only had 4 hours before we had to be to the airport to catch our flight. We opted to stretch out on top of the beds and try to get a little sleep, in spite of the horrid filth and odor. What an awful experience and waste of our money!!!!!!"

"This place should not even be on a booking site it was discusting with bugs, smelled like death, had burn holes all over the blankets and beds were filthy, holes in walls bathroom looked worse than a porta potty! "

"If you have allergies this is not a good place to stay. There is some what of a mildew smell that triggered my asthma. It looks very clean in the photos and it was presentable. The room advertised a queen size bed. It was a full size bed that the property owner wanted to challenge me on. I did not get what I paid for. The deposit was the highest I have ever paid for a 1 night stay. It was a $300 hold on my credit cards and I paid in advance. I was in town for a funeral so I could not have relocated to another property. I would never stay there again."
