"The good: the room as clean; the afternoon/evening staff was very pleasant and helpful; and it was quiet and night so I got very good sleep. The bad: at check-in, I did not have an iron for my shirts, but the receptionist retrieved one for me; the living room remote did not work and the bedroom T.V. did not receive signal during my 3rd day; I told the morning clerk on Wednesday about the remote issue, she said someone would check it, but no one did...the afternoon clerk helped to get the remotes taken care of promptly; I saw the same clerk at check-in and check-out and she was courteous and helped me throughout the process."

"The manger is very rude have been staying here since November and I have a service dog and she keeps asking questions about my service animal and she is very rude when she does ask questions I will no longer be staying here ever again"

"There was no breakfast. Was told there order was not delivered. The forst room 119 was in terrible shape from curtains to condition of the bathroom. 210 was slightly better. Both rooms had a lot of roach activity."
