"Paula was really good at communicating with me. The dining/living area were comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen was decent and nicely equipped. Location was good for us. "The hotel was dark and gloomy. The hallways were dirty like they haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. Our room was covered in a layer of dust. It looked like it had been cleaned and just left for months. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The staff was unprepared and not very helpful. We were able to go back in our rooms after the fire department showed up. With still no explanation. I would definitely not stay there again. I feel like the reviews online are misleading."
