"Room is clean. Bed and pillows are good. Shower leaked and many non working channels on the television"

"The pool was very cloudy the entire time we were there. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7a on weekends, so if you need to leave early you may need to adjust. The walls must be thin as well because we could hear our neighbors entire conversation and the hallways echoed. It was not terrible by any means, just some things to note"

"I would say this was the lower end of the Hyatt properties. It didn't help that 80 rooms were taking up by kids hockey teams. The room was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Cleaning staff were very nice. If we ever go back to Schaumburg we would go to the Hyatt Regency."

"Front staff was so friendly and changed our room after we asked if our room was a long walk. I have mobility issues. They immediately offered to give us a closer room! Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Will stay there again without hesitation. "

"The front lobby looks great but the hotel rooms could be better. Although, it’s clean; however, the rooms specially where I stayed could have been improved or renovated. The closet doors wouldn’t close properly unless done certain manner. Bath rooms don’t have exhaust fan, which typically I guess of most hotels and there are old patches and cracks that could have been fixed. The pictures of the model rooms from the website is completely different and deceiving. Moreover, the rooms could have made it more sound proof because not only you can hear loud footsteps from above from but also noice from outside the building and inside the hallways. A disappointing. "

"The worst hotel staff in 50yrs. Wouldn't stay there again for free. Found rat droppings in room."

"It was just OK. Hotel needs updating. 2 elevators -- only one worked. Lots of waiting time at elevator. Very disappointing that they didn't keep the complimentary coffee and tea out all day like almost every single other hotel. Kitchen staff not the nicest. The breakfast was ok, except the fake eggs and the gross sausage patties."
