We got takeout burgers from Dick's right across the street. Tasty & cheap bite. There were some homeless people at their entrance & around Space Needle but no problems. Will definitely stay hete agakn and highly recommend. A huge thank you to Patrick too. "

"Nice hotel but very small rooms. Good for one person… My room was stocked with towels and hand towels but no face towels so I assumed the hotel didn’t provide them… I asked to have my room cleaned my second day there prior to leaving early in the morning, I returned later that evening to find that my room wasn’t touched. I asked to have towels sent to my room since my room wasn’t refreshed. They sent towels up and that’s when I realized they had face towels but just didn’t put any in my room for when I checked in…. Anyway, I spoke to the manager Greg about my issues and he apologized and comp’d me late check out…. I didn’t plan on returning but if that’s how CotizenM rights their wrongs I’ll definitely stay there again…"
