Hotels near Lake Forest Golf Club

"The door to our room would not shut solidly. It had a a large gap that let in lots of light and outside air. There were flies in the room, probably came through the big gap in the door. The TV remote did not work. At 3:00 in the morning people were shouting obscenities and having some sort of argument. This went on for two hours, no security here. No one from the hotel did anything about it. The police were in the lot around 5:30 when we began packing the car and checking out. The person at checkout had absolutely zero compassion for our experience and refused to offer even a partial refund. I would never recommend staying here to anyone."

"I reserved a room with two beds, none were available when we checked in. It took 4 tries before we were able to get into a room. First room, toilet was plugged and wouldn't flush. Second room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the phone didn't work in the room Third the key wouldn't work and there was red tape on the lock Fourth room we were able to get into. The kitchen had no dishes in it. I understand after rereading another review you could ask for a kitchen kit. This wasn't mentioned at check in. The vinyl floor area was sticky. One chair has some kind of dirt on it. We covered it with a towel. There was an ice cube tray in the freezer with ice in it that was yellowish. Very unappealing. There weren't visible lines in the parking lot and there was a large pot in the middle of one of the exits. The property looked tired."

"The hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and friendly. My room was very well cleaned and was cleaned on a daily basis of my stay housekeeping was excellent"

"This Hyatt location is very nice and appealing. Our bed and room was clean. The only thing that was non cleaned was our shower. That was a bummer, so I cleaned it myself. It was overall clean, but there was hair on the walls Im guessing from the previous person. Breakfast was delicious and upscale compared to other hotels. They had gluten free muffins Udis brand which was a major plus"
