"Had a really great stay here. The hotel was very clean, smelled fresh, and the rooms were well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and safe. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and relaxing hotel experience."

"The rooms were not clean at check in. You could tell the floor was not vacuumed. We stayed 4 nights and only had the room cleaned once. I'm not sure if they were under staffed.
Also at check in, they did not honor our free upgrade if available. They informed us that an upgrade was only available with the additional charge.
Overall disappointed. The breakfast was horrible. Food was cold. "

"I enjoyed our stay, check in was easy and quick. The staff offer to check in early for a fee if your room becomes available which is really nice. The staff are also friendly and helpful. We had to ask for help with a plumbing issue and the maintenance man was there immediately! I have nothing but good things to say about the Tropicana! One suggestion would be purchase added blankets and pillows. We asked for additional (2) pillows and another blanket because I get cold and were told the only extras are the ones in the small case already in the room. The issue I have is that blanket is so thin and my husband sleeps with full AC that I was freezing ! I had to use my coat and sweatshirt to cover up with just to me warm enough to sleep without wearing dull clothes lol so if you are reading this please offer added blankets!"
