"Clean and convenient property while visiting family in the area. Very good breakfast included each morning with freshly made omelettes, bacon, sausage, potatoes and other continental breakfast items. Room had a tv but no streaming services. King size bed and spacious room. Lots of staff visible cleaning throughout the day so the property is well cared for. Slightly outdated decor but everything else outweighed that."

"Wow! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary recently...it was such a romantic experience coming here! Such a beautiful historic hotel. Booking was easy and once we got there to check in, customer service was phenomenal, thank you Aaron! Coming here felt like we were in a Spanish hacienda! Our room was very spacious and very clean! Room service was also amazing! You don't even need to leave the hotel, there's restaurants in walking distance as well as inside the hotel. The hotel has a couple bars and it's very lively at night! We had a wonderful time here! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I almost forgot, the valet was also very nice! Definitely worth staying here and we will be back for the Festival of Lights!"

"even though the property was under construction, the staff did an excellent job! although, i didn't expect to be paying an additional 300 for an upgraded room did not get. they promised a pool view at booking and had me over construction site, then i paid for upgraded pool view, and they still had me at a separate half construction half Oceanview room. i was not informed this would be the case. i only received one day credit. it would have been nice to receive credit for both days stay."
