"I've been here before. Hotel and room are very clean. I always loved the outdoor seatting with the big fire pit. Breakfast is very good as well, but the coffee doesn't taste good, too watery! Also the staff at the front desk need to smile!! Both, the lady we met on Monday evening at check-in and the gentleman on Tuesday morning at the front desk do not smile. This is customer service and when customer service poeple don't smile it feels weird. On the other hand the ladies and the one gentleman who were helping with the breakfast were smiley and very nice."

"Stayed there for Ohanafest and while the rate was high based on demand, it was great to just have a 20 minute no hills walk to the venue. Place was great, no issues, clean room that matched the photos, and we really enjoyed the bar and all the Steelers fans right next door for Sunday football. Staff was great at the hotel and I felt the value was good given the festival pricing. We reserved less than two weeks before Ohana so pricing was sky high for the options that remained and I felt this was a pretty good deal not having to deal with rideshare to get there and back. We will definitely look to this place and plan earlier next year!"

"The staff and the hotel are great - but there is a lot of construction - and the pricing was outrageous for the festival (1200 to 1500 per night) - even though much of the hotel was blocked off and construction ongoing. That said, there was still a pool open (and it was great) as well as some great restaurants - but I do think they should have offered much cheaper rates during construction as you could still hear it during the day, so it wasnt quite as relaxing. Looking forward to when it is all finished."
