"The grounds were beautiful and the location was great. The property could use another restaurant option - it was either high-end dinner or a buffet. A convenience store would be nice, especially when it's so far to walk another facility. Also, the balconies could use lounge chairs instead of the cheesy table and chairs. It's a nice balcony, and people would like to stretch out and relax. The staff was nice but they were not very knowledgeable. Check-in was actually humorous, with the agent trying to explain the resort fee. Check out agent was fantastic. She knew her stuff and helped us split the bill quickly."

"We stayed one night at Comfort Inn Miramar Beach-Destin for our anniversary. Check-in was frustrating—there were delays and disorganization at the front desk. The AC in our room didn’t work properly, and we noticed stains on the bathroom wall. After requesting a room change, the housekeeper came in while I was still getting dressed, which felt very disrespectful. With their current 3.9-star rating, I now see why. Between the check-in problems, AC issues, cleanliness concerns, and lack of respect for privacy, our experience was disappointing. Future bookers should manage expectations regarding service and attentiveness!"
