Not only was it clean and front desk staff was kind and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was delicious, what makes this hotel stand out even more than those positives is Annette! Annette is the day-maker who was keeping the breakfast buffet up and running. She takes a minute to meet each of the guests, introducing herself and asking about you, offers to assist with any breakfast requests, all with the most fabulous and genuine smile! It truly felt like Annette and the front desk staff we encountered truly cared about our experience. Thank you!"

"I asked for a non smoking room and when I walked into the room it smelled like old smoke. The blankets were stained, I was told I would get extra towels and never received them. The heater was not working properly. There was to much going on in the parking lot which actually kept me up most of the day. Will not consider returning. Which I feel bad because I went to a Red Roof in Naperville and it was a different experience "
