"Rooms were dirty had to switch rooms 4 times"

"The sink the water was coming out on the counter, the toilet wasn't flushing properly. The room cool for the weekend. "

"We walked into the room and our window was wide open... no screen, just wide open. The bed felt like laying on a brick and to make it worse it sagged so bad my husband and I both rolled to the middle of the bed. Also when you walked into the hotel all you could smell was pot."

"Won't say at this hotel again. Everything was dirty. Hotel needed proper updates and things fixed instead of half fixed or patched up. Breakfast was okay. There were other guests at the time we were there that had about 15 total kids running around and not being watched. That's not the hotel's fault, but they should have cracked down on the parents for supervision of these kids. They left trash all up and down the hallways and in the elevator. They even played on the elevator while we were tried to get on and kept hitting the emergency stop button. Only good thing about this hotel was that there were no bed bugs. Didn't feel like a safe area to be staying either. Would not recommend. "

"Quiet and spacious "

"The lady at the front desk was pretty rude. We checked in late, like close to 1am. We had a reservation, had ID ready. We were trying to make it go smoothly. She didn’t even say hello or anything just was kinda snippy and rude and stuck up. I had to provide a card for incidentals, I asked would she like a physical card or is tap okay, and she pointed at the register and said “it says tap, doesn’t it.” The pinpad did not have any tap icon on it, and was not ready for payment yet so I could tell. Overall, the room was nice. It wasn’t dirty, but was old. The caulking in bathroom needed redone everywhere and there were stress lines in the walls and ceiling throughout the room. It was nice for a place to stay for the night so I guess it did its job."
