Lake Como hotel rooms a the Palace Resorts

"Clean rooms, great view. On site parking very very expensive and the most expensive drinks at the pool side.41 Euros for x2 g&t which was not the best experience. On site restaurant lovely food but again very expensive. A similar but local restaurant down the roadside equally nice and at least you’re paying a local person. Good hotel, clean, nice staff and hotel with a view but your paying a high price "

"This hotel has amazing views of bellagio. We are well traveled folks and can not remember a more breathtaking view than this hotel offers . Staff was incredible and very friendly providing answers to all our questions and request . Hotel offers a very convenient free courtesy shuttle service to the bellagio town center . This is the place to stay when visiting bellagio ."

"We rented a Hotel but when we were checking in receptionist told us it’s a Motel. Horrible dirty worn out rooms. Pictures did not show this type of a room and no mention of a motel. Upon complain the receptionist showed me another available room which look just as horrible. So either all rooms are totally worn out and they gave us last rooms thy had or they just gave us bad rooms. We paid $290 per night. To make things worse second day there there was no hot water at all. "

"Nice overall hotel, unfortunateky restaurant for dinner was not yet open so couldnt try. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and modern. Spa and saunas only opens from 4pm, wpuld have loved to use in the morning also but unfortunately only opens in afternoon. Breakfast was excellent!"
