"This hotel is absolutely AWESOME! We really enjoyed our stay there. Prod: Awesome and friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness stands out. Cons: None My wife and I and our 7 years old twins stayed there 4 nights, and even my daughter said this is the best hotel we every stayed at. We will be back in 3 weeks."

"The location is excellent and well place for visiting the Citte Alta. Because we were only there for 1 night, I chose a standard room. The furnishings were very good apart from the carpet which was faded and the antiquated hairdryer! This didn’t spoil anything though. The public areas were beautifully maintained and the staff very helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again."

"We stayed here for a week. The room was clean and comfy and big. There is a small fridge in the room and air conditioning which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was first class and the staff were absolutely amazing! Any questions, any assistance they could provide, they did! I wasnt sure about the location at first, but it turned out to be a wonderful place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. 100% would recommend"

"Loved this hotel. I just had wanted to swim in the lake and when I went on the stone steps to go into the lake I fell due to a slimy substance being all over the stairs that you could not see. I was lucky i only hurt my back and arms and didn’t hit my head. This area needs to be roped off so no one gets killed on these steps."
