"My stay here was incredible. Everyone was so nice from beginning to end. I talked to them about the crappy Burthday that I had and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had extra excellent service. I don’t have the names of who took care of me, but the front desk was amazing. The bartenders were amazing. The staff everyone was just so welcoming that I can’t wait to stay at this hotel again."

"Hotel is perfect for Disney activities with bookable bus transfers and short walk to Disney Springs. Hotel itself looks nice and is clean and tidy but whilst the guest rooms have been renovated nicely, there is a considerable lack of space to put clothes, the same as I mentioned in my review two years ago. If as a family of four, you stayed for more than a few days you would find yourselves living out of your suitcases. The bathrooms also need a major renovation, they have not been updated since we first visited in 2002 when the hotel was the Regal Sun and we struggled to get any hot water to shower with at varying times of day. Despite reporting to reception, nothing was done and we got used to showering in lukewarm water. The pool area and amenities are perfect for those relaxing times and worth a visit. Despite the room issues we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again."
